Absolutely terrible service. It took 16 minutes before someone came to the register to take care of me and another 38 minutes... before I got my order. (Yes I timed it) very young staff who could care less. This is by far the worst wingstop service wise.Wings were warm not hit and fries super cold. Overall very disappointed. Read more

Ordered delivery, which took an hour and half to arrive. When I tried calling the location, no one picked up for 15 mins, and it... sound like someone just placed the phone on the counter, as I could all of the background noise, but no one spoke to me. When Ifinally received my order. The fries were cold and soggy, and none of the seasoning that I ordered extra of. All of the chickenwas cold, and flavor was very disappointing. I went to this location 3 times. The first everything seemed to be ok. But it wasn't turning any heads. My first time having... WingStop. The second time I went the didnt put cheese on my daughter's fries or include her ranch sauce. The beverage machineis never fully stocked. The next time I went they totally messed up the order. We received the wrong type of Wings, no sauce orthe wrong sauce. We ordered cheese fries and voodoo fries. They didnt have cheeese but no one bother to call and let me knowinstead they just gave me my order with plain fries as if everything was good. The young lady did apologize and refund me but ifI didn't look in my bag it would not have been acknowledged. I dont really like this location. No one has been rude but theconstant getting the order wrong or running out of important items it not cool. Read more

Really? I paid $45 for chicken that would still be able to fly away with all the feathers that was still on my chicken!! And a... bunch of little pieces of potatoes for fries. So digusted and disappointed. Literally could of just balled the money up andthrew it in the trash cause that's what I ended up doing with the food!!. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Because Iliterally had to make something else to eat. Read more

Went for a pickup order on Sunday and the service was subpar at best. It was about 7 employees behind the counter one short... Hispanic looking girl with her hair all over the place no hair net the guy just walked in Hispanic guy or Dominican and thethree of them stood in the corner by one of the registers gossiping loudly in front of all of us that was in the dining areawaiting for our food while the woman who took our order was the only one who seemed to be professional there was a gentleman whowas mopping the floor who then went from mopping the floor to Jumping straight on the fryer in the back it was chaos and chaoticit's a bunch of young inexperienced people working there and as the customer you have to stand there for about 30 to 45 minuteswaiting for your order when it's seven people behind the register six of whom is doing absolutely nothing it's unprofessional!they're not wearing hair nets around open food and they're not attentive to their customers out of seven people I seen oneworking I will never go to this establishment again ever. And I don't recommend this place to anyone and by the time we receivedour food it was warm. Read more

RUNAWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I went to dine in on March 8 and was given very poor customer service by Anna ?a manager ? When... bringing an issue up to her and she told me that she?s not a district or general manager just a manager. I was invited by themanagement above Anna , Shantell to come in & fix my prior meal ! Welll ?. I was treat by Anna?s sister Jennifer with the WORSTcustomer service, personally don?t think family should work together . They gave my order a name that wasn?t mine so it stayedwaiting on the pick up shelf for 20 mins after I stressed I was dining IN they put my order as ? Angel? NEVER IN MY life have Igone by angel . When going throw my order the food was cold & Jennifer said it just came out I?ve heard them call angel forabout 1/2 an hr . I called corporate while dining in there to allow them to know I was in reinvited back to dine in for the lackin customer service they first presented. THIS TIME AROUND it was cold & just RUDE service Jennifer gave me 100 excuse 1) shejust got back from vacation unaware of what happen . 2) I explain that Shantell told her I was expected to come in . I ended uphaving to call the corporate customer service # Bc at this point this is beyond unprofessional. I arrived at 7:08 pm & by 7:51on the phone with corporate due to lack of professionalism. Employee who first took my order must have not communicated withJennifer that she offered me extra stuff for WAITING LONGER THEN INTENDED.. and just left WITHOUT speaking to Jennifer about ITwhat the prior employee had told me ( extra wings , & brownies ) Jennifer just had a complete attitude as I stress veryunprofessional I have had to report this location to corporate more than twice . Bruuuuhhhhhh!!!! The only good thing about this place was the charisma of the employees. I ordered an 8 piece with fries and... they took 40 minutes. The wings were barely warm (between warm and room temp - definitely not hot). The wings were SUPER dry andtiny (see pic). I'm 90%sure the fries had sugar instead of salt cause they were sweet so I couldn't finish them. Definitely notworth $17 OUTSTANDINGLY BAD. (Cool people tho) Read more
