Been going to this location for years. The drive thru was very bad before on how long you have to wait and now its just as bad.... Pilled in with 3 cars ahead of me. I waited about 5 minutes just to get to the speaker. Then, it took me 3 minutes before thelady was ready to take my order. It then took 3 minutes to get to the window. Total of 6 minutes from speaker to getting myorder. 11 minutes all together from 3 cars back from the speaker. Get you act together. Read more
Went in yesterday to order a simple pumpkin spice iced latte for my gf and got waited on promptly but all went down hill after I... stopped and waited for over 15 minutes while the line of customers kept building up and the people that arrived after me while Istill waited even after one young woman kept assuring me she hadn?t forgotten about me and I would have my order right away Inever got my order til after almost all the people before me had their orders and had left and the same young woman finally mademy order and just said I can?t believe nobody else noticed your order hadn?t been made yet and nobody had the decency to evenapologize for me waiting so long this is one of the main reasons I stopped going to this location at all it?s completely gonedown hill Read more

This location is the worst location I have ever been to. I have been going here for the past year and consistently try to give... them the benefit of the doubt as the closest other location is Manchester. Today I finally had enough. I placed a mobile orderfor a strawberry coolata, upon coming inside the older lady that works there made me the wrong drink and expected me to take itafter telling me the machine was down. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do and could not refund me mymoney. Luckily the other younger girl who worked there was kind enough to help get my refund and apologized. This location isfine in the mornings, however after morning rush this place has wait times anywhere from 10-20 minutes and consistently runs outof product to make certain drinks. I spend over $100 at this location weekly between my wife and I. I will no longer do businesswith this location nor any of this owners franchised locations. I?m just very tired of inconsistency of way lattes are made etc. I should have turned around and had them remake it. But I... couldn?t I ordered a coca mocha latte no toppings and mostly milk which I can drink home. So I dumped it out it was terrible!!5+ in money they should be made correct. Read more
this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong they even gave my wife a sandwich that wasn't even in our order. The Pumpkin spice... latte's we ordered tasted nothing like Pumpkin Spice more like plain coffee. Never again Tim Hortins here we come. Read more
