Worst sub ever. Roll was so hard and stale. I thought subway was supposed to be "fresh" never again.
I ordered 2 subs online for pickup. First the girl can?t seem to get my name correct even after I repeated and spelled it 3... times. Then when I get home both subs were missing the cheese an one missing tomatoes green peppers and oil & vinegar. Checkedto make sure the confirmation email had these items and it did. Ordered a protein bowl. Not my first one. Today said wanted meat heated and then said want lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers... and cheese. First it is to be two scoops of meat, she used 1 and 1/2 scoops. Then wanted to place meat on bottom with lettuce ontop. All other bowls I have had lettuce, toppings and then warm meat. I asked why meat on bottom where the others I had it wason top like their image on menu. Other girl at counter replied "we can make it as we please." Quite the attitude from the othergirl which was not making my order. But what i liked was the girl that gave me attitude made the next customers protein bowl thelettuce, toppings and then meat. Hands down easily the best overall Subway experience I have ever had. The nice girl working there today was all alone and had a... line and handled it fantastically well! And, she assembled my sub to absolute perfection. I will certainly be back for sure. Read more
This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The woman behind the counter was so rude that... it was shocking. We left rather than order because to ask her a question about the bread or meats etc. threw her into a ragingsarcastic human. She could not be bothered with kind or even neutral responses. We will never go to this establishment again solong she is working there. There must be others who have had the same experience. We were just two regular people going in tohave average subs made. No demands or bad vibes. It was all shocking and hurtful! This was on Tuesday October 27, 2020 at about5:30pm at the Subway past Wegmans on West Union St. in Newark, NY This is the first review I?ve ever left for anyestablishment. Went in to order some subs and the young Asian girl (I only reference this because I did not find out her name) taking orders... from the customer before me was very rude. She wasn?t friendly at all or customer service oriented. The woman before me wastrying to make choices on what kind of bread she wanted and the girl was just very impatiently humming and haawwwing and rollingher eyes and looked like she was muttering under her breath that she was being asked if the selection of bread was all or ifthere might be others available. The lady customer got understandably upset about how she was treated and being talked to andasked what her name was and this little girl started to berate the customer. I even went up to the girl and said this customerasked you what your name is and that?s when this little girl huffed off behind the partition. That was all I needed to see sothe lady and I both walked out. I hope whoever owns this subway takes appropriate action and gets rid of this horrible entitledgirl. Read more
Lady wasn't very friendly when I was there. She was short tempered w me as it was hard to hear her due to the music speaker... above my head put wrong cheese on one sun and when told her she said I told her provolone, I told her Swiss. She repeated Ididn't say that. Got home and one of the subs had stale roll on it. Not happy with her. Disappointed ???? Read more
