Coffee was meh, peppermint hot cocoa was yummy, egg sandwich was a typical fast food breakfast
I have never gotten the correct order any time I have ever been there.
Was stuck in line for forty minutes and couldn't even get out to leave do to vehicles in front of and behind me. It's not fast... food it's slow after food. Read more
Whoever runs this place doesn't give a heck..I enjoy and prefer Tim Hortons but between the staff just being rude and wanting to... socialize with each other and the limited hours..It's ridiculous. Won't be surprised if this place closes down in the next year.SMH. Not to mention getting my order wrong 4 times making me late for work because they just want to joke around with eachother. Employees are good, its slower then most Timmy's are. But the general manager need to get there self together no reason lunch... food should be running out before lunch time, and not have backup for the rush. Really like their coffee. Today stopped by around 1:12pm nobody in line in the drive up. Appeared to be no cars in the parking... lot except a couple employee cars. Waited at the menu board for someone to acknowledge me till 1:16pm and decided to go down theroad to Dunkin Donuts. Not going there for a while seems like customer service is lacking. Read more

I love Tim Hortans, but TM Newark is awful. It's only the TM that I have an issue. My order is never correct. Frozen Hot... Chocolate, I get a black coffee. Bacon, egg, no cheese on an English muffin, I get a sausage on a plain bagel. Last time I gotjust an english muffin, not even toasted. I'll be the only person in line and thus happens. Its extremely frustrating. The orderis correct on the screen, and they read it back correctly, but the food I receive is far from what I order. Read more
