Went thier for dinner around 7 o'clock went thru the drive thru waited 5mins till someone answered was very rude he said they... were only taking cards I said ok the person answered with it will be a min waited another 10 mins they never took our order andwe just left we were the only car in the drive thru dont not go to this burger King very bad service Read more

This burger king, in my experience has always gotten my order correct and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is always fresh... and hot. I usually place an order online. Once you get to the window the order is just about ready. Very efficient location. Read more

Went to enjoy breakfast at 10 am on Saturday 11/5/22, not freakin open! Hours say 6 am. No wonder your business is WAY down

Subpar food, long wait times despite short lines, and obviously struggling service workers. A high-turnover rate with the staff... makes going here a test of patience. Food is often cold and/or burnt (once it appeared they re-fried chicken that'd been alreadycooked for a sandwich, and it ended up burned and still somehow cold). Service has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse since theirrenovation for two drive-thru lanes. There was no work done on the inside to improve anything concerning the food or facilitiesand it shows. My order wasn?t correct whatsoever and it really seemed the gentleman at the drive-thru truly could not heard me or was not... paying full attention. I asked for a double whopper with cheese and no onions as the burger alone and now meal. He had thenasked me to repeat myself which I had did, and that?s no big deal! But when I arrived at the window I had a total for over $11when it should have been $7 and some change for the double whopper, they thought I had ordered two burgers when I originallyordered one. So I stated to the window employee I only ordered one burger and it was a double whopper no onions with cheese onceagain. I then revived a original single whopper with onion and no cheese at the price of a double whopper and had not noticeduntil it was already way too late. Please either fix your communication equipment at the drive thru if there?s an issue oractually train your employees on how to properly listen to a customer when they are placing an order please. It is no mystery why this restaurant mostly operates with an empty drive thru while the McDonald's nextdoor is always... busy. Firstly, no beef of any kind is available? Are you BURGER King or not? I said okay, fine. Give me just an ice cream cone. She replies that her ice cream machine is broken. What a joke. This Burger King was terrible before it was remodeled andevidently they didn't see the need to refresh their employees and management either. As the franchise owner of this location,I'd be absolutely embarrassed of myself. Read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible service!!! Never got food because both lanes were open but they were only taking orders from one. We... got wedged in between cars and stuck for over 20 minutes while they took orders from cars in the other lane that came in wayafter us. To make matters worse employee taking orders couldn't seem to hear anyone and had people keep pulling up to the windowinstead. Absolutely ridiculous, especially after this place was just recently fully remodeled. Do better! Read more

Went to the newly remodeled BK on 21st street in Newark for some lunch. Hardly anybody inside, some people in drive through. ... Obvious they had no clue what they were doing. Arguing and slow as heck. I saw an employee who looked like a manager pick up abunch of spilled fries with her bare hand and throw them back into the fry bin to be served. Never going back again!
