Fast and Friendly Pick Up!!! Ordered online and picked up hot and ready within 22 minutes. Delicious!!!
If I could give a half star I would. Buyer beware. We called the local shop for delivery. Their delivery is Door Dash. Well, we... didn't know that and was charged for the Dasher. Once the Dasher picked up the order it took over an hour to get here because hegot pulled over. Needless to say our Pizza and sub was cold and we never received our salad. He was rude and would not produceare receipt. We called the local shop to complain and they didn't do anything about it. They did remake the food but we had togo pick it up ourselves. They didn't offer any refunds for their mistake. We will NEVER order from Donatos again. Read more
We had trouble with the Heath store when they told us that the Newark location would deliver to us (even though we are in... Heath). We spoke to Tim and he was extremely helpful and respectful! I will be going to them from now on! Read more
Just recently ordered pizza and waiting for it to arrive for my family and me no one knocked at the door to let any of us know... that our pizza was already at our place and just sat it down on the ground. I have not ordered Donatos pizza in probably 5 years. I couldn't remember why. Today I know. Spent $25.68 for a 10" pizza and... 6 wings. Very dryed out hard pizza , the worsed I have ever had. Wings were horrible. They charged $5 delivery fee plus paythe driver a fee! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. Read more
