The food here is great however the female manager is horrible absolutely no customer service. She was mean and rude to her... employees in front of customers and got snippy with customers. If she can?t handle being busy she should not be the manager. Iwould rather go to heath at least they are always friendly. The male employee that was working was nice and I felt bad for himto be putting up with it. Read more

Last night take out reminded me why I stop spending 60$ a week there . Few of the employees never get my bowl right . Have ate here weekly for years with co workers. It?s very obvious there has been a management change. Food and service has been... absolutely terrible! Employees have not been trained properly and do not know the menu or how to charge people correctly. Lasttwo times I have been to this location a burrito , chips and drink have cost over $20! I tried to point out they were chargingme for things I did not get and the employee just argued with me and then told me she didn?t know what to tell me she was nevertrained correctly! My co worker also had got a brownie/cookie that had mold all over it!!! Read more

Incompetent. Terrible management. Terrible service. Lack of focus. Customer service is atrocious. And no one there actually... cares. Just now on Sept 29t h waited inline at the drive through for 25 plus mins No one answered at the drics Thursday for.5 min. So... I puked around to see what was going on. Rang the bell, knocked on the window. Two women a Night shift manager names Mwlissa andsomeone else waites on the same two women for 25 plus mins. When they finally amswed my knocking. They said they were busy,swamped. There were 2 people in the restaurant. They were doing nothing but talking. I frequent this establishment at l3astonce a week on 21st and will no longer bring my business there. MELISSA the night shift manager was rude, and from what I couldtell lazy. Swamped with two people in the restaurant.wait3d on the same wom3n for 25 mins. Took 25 mins to make 2 bowls. Theowner should be embarrassed. Worst service I've received in years. This place seems very underrated. I love their burritos and have more choices than subway. If you?re scared to try it because... you don?t hear anyone talk about take my word on it. Try roasting your burrito as well, makes it crunchy and melts the cheese. Read more

Consistently mess up the food. Ordered a veggie bowl when got home it was covered in meat, double chicken on a bowl barely get... any chicken, order of queso and received a very small cup queso. Emailed restaurant and yet to receive a response from them. Read more
