The inside is closed you have to go through drive thru . I went to the door there were 5 employees standing inside talking to... each other and 7 cars in the drive thru line waiting. Clearly this location this is mismanaged and not customer oriented. Stayaway. Read more
My wife and I bought 2 subs Saturday on the way out of town and discovered there were items left off. Who unwraps them at the... drive through to check? By the time we discovered this we were 2 hours away. I called to straighten this out but unfortunatelysince it's been 2 days, we are out of luck. We used to love going there but this has changed my whole attitude about theircustomer service. We are honest people and I'm not that hard up I need to call to get free subs unless there's a problem. The only reason I'm not giving them a better rating is because of the following.... I live in Mount Vernon and we don't have a... JJ's so I was super excited because I love their tuna salad! So I ordered one and got all the way home and went to eat my suband COULDN'T! The drive thru menu does not tell you all the items that will be going on your sub! I ordered a #15 and it didnot say that it had lettuce on it and mine did. I cannot eat lettuce and since the lettuce completely covered the tuna salad, Icould not eat it at all! When I called in about this issue and the fact that the sign does not say that it comes with lettuce,the person I was talking to did not care one bit, but did say that they have gotten that same complaint before...but, it wouldseem, that they don't care enough to fix it!!! So to make it short, my dog thoroughly enjoyed his lunch! Thanks JJ's, you mademy dog one happy little guy today and I ended up having to skip lunch all together! Read more
I called and placed my order ahead of time because we had a bigger order. The gentleman on the phone double checked my order to... make sure we had everything, and that it was all correct. Their meat is top quality and love the unwiches and their big pickles. And I used them for catering for my son's birthday party... and they did a really nice job! They even delivered it to the YMCA where I had his party at the indoor pool. Read more
