I understand it's black friday but just had the worst experience. I placed my order using the kiosk in the dining room which did... not print me receipt. Did not give me my drinks so when i asked about them they said they had no order for them and asked for myreceipt, which the kiosk didn't give me, lol. So the woman says I'm sorry I can't help you. By this time I am very upset and usesome choice words, I apologize for. But if it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have gotten what I paid for. What really gets me isthe fact they all acted like this should be ok. That's not ok. It's not ok to steal from people and that's exactly what they do.And people just allow it. Cuz they are young workers or it was just a mistake. So what fix the mistake, don't rob people. Thisworld is scary when it's considered acceptable to allow people to rob you. Read more
Not the employees? fault, but for some reason, despite McDonald?s corporate clearly saying that breakfast starts at 5am, I went... to both Newark McDonald?s at 3 and for some reason they were serving breakfast already. General Manager is clearly making someflat out strange decisions for this franchisee?s restaurants. I seriously don?t know what makes you think there are people thatwake up at 2am and go get breakfast, opposed to people getting off work at 2am and getting dinner. Read more

Claim they don?t do specialty drinks after midnight. Also gave me a excessively greasy bag of COLD food. I really feel like... there?s no bottom to this endless spiral of subpar quality. Find some leadership and do better. Read more

I?m not gonna blame the management, as there?s no way for them to keep workers as it is since, no one under 25 is even willing... to work! But literally the worst service/food I have seen at any McDonald?s. Sanitary was not even a word at this place and Iseen two kids trying to make out over the fries.
