Half of my stuff is missing and I've called several times and it just rings busy so I'm really disappointed that I can't get in... contact with anyone to get this fixed and I'm obviously going to have to drive all the way back there right now. Food was hot and milkshakes were great waited alittle bit but it was late and only waited maybe 5 minutes
This is twice now haven?t been able to order food the first time we waited 20 minutes to even order our food just to get cut off... while Ordering then go to pull up to the window just to wait another 15 minutes so we left cuz no one ever came. Then the secondtime we go to order after someone was on the mic and asked us what we wanted then as soon as we were telling them some he shethat works there said um were closed and was rude. The service this past time was very good, the gentleman at the window was very personable. In the recent months this franchise... location has been quite hit or miss, with a lot of misses. It seems since the pandemic people just don't want to work and thesepoor kids in here we're just trying to hold it down the best they could. I stopped in for lunch at approximately noon. There was a decent line at the drive thru and two people ahead of me at the... counter inside. Both customers had major modifications to their orders, and I still received my sandwich (1/4 lb deluxe) in 6minutes. Had to let it sit for a minute for the patty to cool down before I could eat it.
