This place is horrible. I never want to go here. The only reason I ever do is because someone I'm with chooses it. It's just a... waste of money every single time. I don't expect 5 star service from fast food, especially in Newark, but they can't manage toget even the simplest of orders correct. Order a burger with mayo only and what do you get? A burger with every ingredient inthe kitchen on it and raw bacon. The burger was so small, it didn't even fill up the size of the bun. It's like they put adollar menu burger on a combo sized bun and charged $10 for the meal. Never again will I pull into this place. I'll starvebefore Rally's ever gets another dime from me. Read more
Was picking up a doordash and sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes. we pulled up to the window and was ignored for a good... while before we were even acknowledged. a younger guy with a blue sweatshirt finally asked what the doordash was, told us towait at the speaker next time and when i was explaining that we did he closed the window on us. very poor experience and manners Read more
THE MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE! Every time we go there there is something wrong with the food. I called in on 7/13/2022 and the... manger got really rude with me because I call in and tell them what they did wrong. The old Manager was WAY better than her! Iwould rate this place a 0 star. Would give no stars if possible! Forgot a portion of my order after going thru the drive thru and didn?t notice tell I got home.... Tried calling multiple times with no answer so I drove back to the location to get the remainder of the order. I kindly asked ifthe order could be made over again since 15 min had passed and the food would be cold by the time I got back home. They declinedto fix the issue after acknowledging they made a mistake to make things right. I simply asked for the issue to be corrected andeverything would be fine. I will be contacting corporate or an owner to satisfy this issue. Terrible customer service. If I payfor something it should be in the bag and should be correct! Read more

Waited in line 15 minutes to be the first person in line, they didn't have change, they don't have marinara sauce for cheese... sticks and they never mixed the milkshake. It was trash. Read more
When you order, you don?t talk to someone, instead it?s a frustrating experience with an automated voice. Food is never cooked... properly or fresh. 2 stars because when the fries are actually cooked properly and not cold (which is definitely not guaranteed)the fries are amazing. Read more
