Terrible, employees don't listen. Subs are really messy from there. Never again.
Stopped in to get dinner for my grandson & I. I haven't had Subway for a long time but used to get it quite often. I've always... gotten the steak sub, but now they've changed up the menu and added more expensive sandwiches. I just ordered the 'old' steak &cheese sub, mainly because it was cheaper and I thought I was getting the same sandwich I'd always gotten. I should have beenpaying more attention to her making my sub & told her to add more veggies, my bad. But I was talking to my grandson to see whathe wanted. Long story short, my grandson loved his meatball sub, but I was really disappointed in mine. It just wasn't as goodas I remember them being ???? at all!! The newer Steak melt sub looked more like what I used to get (on the sign anyway) and iswhat I should have gotten apparently. I'll try that the next time, but if that one is as disappointing as this last one was Iwon't be doing Subway any more! Seems like Subway is just trying to find a way to charge people more money!! p.s. The 2 peopleworking in there were great though! The girl that made our sandwiches and a guy that was perhaps working in the back kitchen whohad come out to the front. They were very friendly and helpful!! They joked around with us and another customer who'd come inbehind us. Almost made it worthwhile. Read more
Our sandwhich maker disappeared halfway through making our sandwhichs and the other 2 employees all but ignored us. Finally the... guy started acknowledging us and asked what i wanted. I said a veggie delight. Does this sandwhich look like a veggie delight? Ithink not. Read more
Best fast food ever, healthy options, and the best service around. Country Club subway is the best one.
The service was fantastic and our sub maker was very kind with us. Force fed Fox news and country music was definitely a key to... not return. Especially when the staff said the owner gave no permission to change the hot garbage. I don't need Republican sauceon my sub. Never returning again. Read more
I was very impressed with the service. A young gentleman was very polite was very polite and took the time with my young... daughter as she made her own order. The new menu selections I feel are very good as well. An overall positive experience. Read more
Not a good visit, very unusual for this Subway. Seems as if they were cleaning up to close for the night and it was not even... 8'oclock yet. The door said they were open till 10:00 p.m. The service by the older women was far from pleasant, maybe it wasn'ta good day for her but she needs to polish up on dealing with the public. Read more
Horrible customer service. I just placed an online order, I go in and the guy asks me to show it was confirmed to the right... location and it had the order, right location and time. The lady told me the order failed and I never hit cancel or anything.You would think they would check and call at least if that happened rather than making me drive all the way out there fornothing. They were rude and said they couldn?t make it even though I had confirmation. They made it seem like it was my fault.So annoyed. Read more
