Been here few different times...each time the staff always super friendly and makes awesome subs
Opened my sub to make sure it?s right just to see a bunch of hair on it. Ended up not getting to eat it but the rest of my... family got to eat theirs. Definitely need hair nets or better hair nets. Read more
Place was clean. Lady working had hair pulled back and did a great job changing out gloves and making my sub. ????
This is the BEST Subway by far. There is a subway 7 tenths of a mile from my house but I'd rather drive 10 minutes to the 30'th... Street subway in Newark Ohio because they are clean, very friendly and don't jip you or hold back on toppings. I was just thereto pick up an online order and the two boys were getting slammed. The boy of color made my subway perfectly and he apologizedfor my wait, but my wait was only one minute. These boys deserve a raise in this economy and a world full of Disrespectfulyouth. After waiting for 30 minutes in line. The staff told Me to hold on went and called on the phone ,slammed bread trays saying... they only had a certain amount of bread trays left. When the staff came back to the counter looked at me and my 2 children andsaid you're only allowed to order 2 subs total. I politely told the staff that I needed a sandwich for all of us plus my husbandand another child I was told no there was nobody behind me in line there was plenty of bread on the tray to service our family.Very disappointed will never go back to that location or maybe now any Subway again. I left with 2 crying children and an upsetfamily when all we wanted to do was purchase our dinner and we're not given a chance. Very disappointing. Read more
