Ordered mobile, go to pick up and get told lobby's closed and I had to wait in the line 30 extra mins. Always outta something, even worse they cant even tell you when they greet you through the drive thru. 2 week period iced... coffee machine was down. 2 weeks to put up a sign telling customers. Workers don't seem like they wanna be there. Bad vibe.Wont be going there again. Read more
Don't order on the app or online at all.. you walk in they confuse you for a door dash driver and ignore you I was sent a... message through the app saying my food was ready because this location is always wrapped around the building maybe taco bellshould add 2 locations in Newark btw so I stood there at the counter waiting to tell someone anyone my name.lol and 30 minslater my food was sitting in front of me the whole time no label no nothing I brought it home I love about 5 minutes away foodwas all cold probably from the time I stood there waiting.Then I told a lady I was waiting for 2 large drinks they handed mecups like get it yourself wow customer service ???? These workers work so hard and are so kind. This place is always the busiest with a line clear to the road. They do a great job... at providing accurate orders and still operating with good customer service despite how stressful it probably is. Favorite TacoBell in town! Read more
