Wonderful food, short wait (despite the crowd) and top notch service!!!!
I placed my order at 4pm for pickup at 630. At 625 we received a call informing us the store was out of potato skins. We arrived... at 642 without receiving a text. We were informed the store magically had potato skins so it would be in our order, however ourorder placed at 4 for pickup wasn't ready. I ran my wife and child home a 8 minute drive, waiting another 5 minutes for a text.At 7 I pulled up to the window still having never received a text. I get the food home the potato skins are cold, the friedpickles soggy, the steak was raw. Seared on both sides completely cold purple center I have a picture available. The salad waswilted missing cheese the rolls came with a half scoop of butter for 4 rolls. This is beyond ridiculous, this is a failure ofevery single system you should have in place. I'd go in the store personally but I'm not sure I could resist the urge to throwthis garbage at the manager. And honestly that's what it looked like someone pulled stuff out of the garbage and put it in Togoboxes. Read more
Great service, food, atmosphere, the menu is big and the prices really surprised me. Allot of bang for your buck.
Food was good, unfortunately the service was slow. In my opinion the waitresses/waiters should have assigned sections rather... then being scattered all over the restaurant. There were at least 2 different waitresses in the small 4 table room that wewere in. Our waitress had tables in the larger area which took her away from being able to be attentive to her tables whichcaused a longer wait for drinks and our food. Read more
