I was out on my daily 5 Mile walk and stopped in for a southwest chicken salad it was just fabulous. I will do that again. They... need to get there dinning room opened up for the afternoon and evening also some people do like to dine in. Read more

Poor customer service. Ordered online 15 min before arriving. Had to wait at the window for a good 5-10 min while they prepared... our order and the line grew behind us. Then the food was pretty much cold. Probably won?t be back to this one. Read more

They're chicken nuggets are better than BW3 boneless chicken wings. Always consistent for fast food fast drive thru actually... had a woman give me a frosty at the pay window because some idiot was taking too long in the actual pick up window. Read more

The service is terrible. It Always takes at least 30 minutes to get through the drive threw line. This time we were told at the... menu board that they didn?t have any cheese. I still ordered a single (#1) and a Bacon Classic (#7) with 2 large Cokes. When Igot to the window to pick up I was told they didn?t have Coke they asked if I wanted something else and told them no justrefund the cokes. They did not refund the drinks. When we got home we had 2 singles (no bacon classic), the sandwiches didn?thave tomatoes on them and the fries were cold. They were not warm they were COLD fries. So a simple order was completely wrongand mostly inedible. They refused to refund my money for the drinks and the staff was not customer friendly. This Wendy?s isnot clean at all and the staff needs customer service training. Read more

Staff seemed inefficient and almost as though they had no clue what they were doing. Simple orders were messed up, employees... attempted to serve cold fries that had been sitting for extended time, sodas were unavailable in the machine, floors werehorribly greasy and could almost be used as a skating rink. Highly suggest finding an alternative place to eat! Read more

Your people need customer training and also some more training on doing their jobs my time was over 45 minutes the order guy... did speak clearly and when you get to a window to pick up my food it is like a ghost ???? town. Please train your people tospeak to customers when they arrive at the window they should apologize for the wait and let them know it is coming out soon.ldon't mean to sound but please ask your employees to try to come to work looking clean Iit is a shame that I feel I need tocome nand train your people.
