Go to this location every 2 weeks for over a year. Last time food was cold...fries...sandwiches. All of it. Like it had been... prepared ahead of time and left to sit for a while. Sent a message and no response. Not sure will go back. Read more

Woman at the front was about as rude, nasty and incoherent as possible. Got the order wrong, couldn't get the change correct and... then also couldn't even get the drink right. That's another thing. I had to ask them to get my drink because the machine in thelobby isn't broke. It just hasn't been filled for any of the flavors. Holy Christ Wendy's, someone from corporate needs to comeshow these folks how to run a fast food restaurant. Read more
Spin the roulette wheel and see what you've won! Did you wait 40 minutes in the drive through line unable to escape? Did you get... a ton of food you didn't order or pay for? Perhaps you didn't even get everything included in a simple breakfast combo meal...Hell, one time they put giant letters on the wall and couldn't even spell 'fries' right. I don't normally review fast foodrestaurants, but this one is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I still go every now and then just to see if they haveimproved, but shame on me for doing so. They haven't got anything right in the last dozen times I've been there. Just go out to21st street. Its worth the trip. Read more
Love Wendy's, just not this location. Visited there last Friday, there was a carnival of some type going on in downtown Newark.... Let's start with cleanliness, this place was filthy, the floor had spills of soda, I'm assuming. In multiple locations, butinstead of cleaning/mopping it up it remained on the floor. The bathroom had no soap and their hand dryer didn't work. On to thefood/service, food was out quickly, but the staff was luke warm at best. The fries were cold, we had walked out and ate down thestreet...FYI, no-one likes COLD fries. I simply asked for no pickles, as I don't like them...of course there was pickles on myburger. Both ketchup canisters were out of of ketchup, why? BTW, it was dusk, approx 9:00 pm or just prior too. Read more
Very busy night. Looks like cashier was struggling handling orders. A lot of confusion filling orders. The food we received was... sub par. Sandwiches were cold and fries were under cooked. Read more
