Holy freaking bbq. Best I have had in years... maybe ever. Off the beaten path? Yep. Worth it? You better believe it.\n\nHole in... the wall place but clean and well run. Food was up in just a few mins. Ladies behind the counter were a hoot. Prices, esp forBBQ these days, was reasonable. Portions were generous and spot on.\n\nI can sum it all up by saying they care and itshows.\n\nBut let\'s get to the important part. The hands down, single best brisket ever. No fat, yet juicy and tender. Thecrust was flawless. Charred and flavorfilled without being dry. Sausage was a home run. Perfect casing snap and filled but notover the top. Amazing jalapeño bun. Wife loved the Mac and cheese. Not my thing so I defer to her. Baked beans were like at achurch picnic... perfect. Sauce was drinkable. But the brisket. Yum. Yum. Yum. Can\'t wait for the next visit. True TX BBQ - will definitely be back! Every single item was delicious & on-point. Brisket was perfect, and the OMG sandwich... (name says it all-sausage & brisket combo on jalapeno roll). Looking forward to sampling tacos (Thursdays) and burnt ends(Saturdays) on future visits. We live about 40 min. away, but was worth the drive. Friendly employees & fun atmosphere, too. Read more
Very good \'cue. Thick cuts and different options like pork belly burnt ends. Very filling. Rolls were not dry at all. First... Responder flag needs a red, gold, green line but I appreciate the recognition for FR. Free beer?! Well done Y\'all. Read more
Excellent BBQ! We will definitely go back. The brisket is fantastic, wonderful sides! And save room for their homemade desserts.
It may be the new spot in town but there?s some serious experience behind the smoker! We had the brisket, Turkey, bologna, and... smoked pork belly and WOW! The sides were excellent and the dessert was to die for. You will NOT be disappointed!\n\nDefinitelyone of my top favs for sure! Read more
LocalCraft BBQ is a perfect portrayal of Texas barbecue - excellent food, generous portions, and staff that exudes southern... hospitality.\n\nEverything I had was incredibly delicious! Blown away by the first bite of everything. Highly recommend thebrisket, jalapeño & cheese sausage, ribs, green chile cream corn, and the baked potato salad.\n\nCan\'t wait to come back! Been waiting for this place to open since they announced it a few months ago. Stopped in today for their soft opening and they... didn?t disappoint. BBQ was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend them. I wish them success in theirfuture. Read more
Yall. This place has amazing reviews for a reason! This was our first (definitely not our last) visit. I got the Sweet Caroline... Sandwich and banana pudding. My husband got the 2 meat plate with brisket, pork belly, green beans and Mac and cheese. Mydaughter got the kids meal brisket with Mac and cheese. There wasn\'t 1 thing bad. Even my kid devoured her meal and that\'s ararity. Definitely give this place a try. Read more
