Extremely disappointed with this so called restaurant. 7 pm on a Saturday and the dining room is closed. Those of us in... vehicles that are unable to use the drive thru need the dining room. Good thing there are other options for dining in Newaygo. Read more

Food was good no problems with food at all. Coke was out at the machine, an employee told the manager it was out while I was... standing there with empty cup wanting a coke and the manager just said I'll check it later. I didn't get a coke. Went through the drive-thru last week, we were asked to wait a moment. Two cars pulled into the other lane & were served almost... instantly while we were still waiting with no response. Tried again tonight, the exact same thing happened! We left thedrive-thru not happy at all! I went in to talk to a manager, what a joke! I got every bad excuse hoping to satisfy me, finallyhe gave me the worst unapologetic apology I have ever heard! They will be lucky to see us again, that is an unacceptable way toconduct business! Got the wrong food after an extremely long wait. I got more food than I ordered though, and what I got wrong I liked, so I... didn't go back to swap. The inside was dirty with food everywhere on the floor behind the counter. One girl was walking aroundwith her shoes untied (she was in charge). Everyone was nice, and I know there's a shortage of people, but acting and looking alittle more professional would be nice. Also, when I worked fast food, we had someone sweeping and cleaning every twenty minutesand/or in between customers. This place hadn't been swept up all day, and they had two people doing nothing. Staff was pleasant (even on a morning during holiday) , and they made sure we were compensated for our extended wait time with... an appropriate 2 cookies. Food came out as ordered , but poorly wrapped and a little sloppy. Read more
Ordered 9 meals, took a half hour to get. 2 sandwiches were wrong on the order and a third came with hair. Maybe not the image... burger king is going for. Update: to remake the 3 sandwiches was another 15 minutes. Absolutely abysmal performance. Read more
