I ordered the same thin crust pizza on the app that I usually order. I got to the store 25 minutes after I ordered and was Told... that they just put it in the oven and it will be another 10 minutes. Ok, no problem, I understand that with the worker shortage,it takes longer to get your food. Well, about 10 minutes later, I saw a worker go to the front door and lock it. I waitedanother 10 minutes and went to the front door of the store to find it still locked. I have now been sitting in the parking lotfor over 20 minutes. I called the store and no one answered and the voicemail was full. I immediately called again and theyfinally answered and brought out my pizza. Once I got home, there was grease in the seat of my car and the pizza was hanging outof the side of the box. I understand that it?s hard to fully staff restaurants right now, but I do still expect good customerservice. I?m going to take my business elsewhere from now on. Read more
So slow and very unorganized had like 7 people working and still lost 2 orders. Never has pizza hot and ready so there?s false... advertisement right there. But seriously do better Newaygo little Cesar?s. Maybe get better workers? Read more

It's almost laughable... My husband called to order 2 pizzas...the worker said "we can maybe help you and make these.." and... then a lady screams in the background "I'm not making those pizzas" My husband goes to pick up the pizza and the same workerinside is cussing and screaming about someone not doing the dishes...so unprofessional..my husband drove away and didn't evenget the pizzas...if they are screaming about doing their job they get paid for and saying they won't even make the food what arethey doing to the food.... Update...tried ordering from here again and I got wings and asked for the sauce on the side..I saidit twice and the sauce was still on the wings. Read more
Wasn't expecting to pay $9 for a sausage pizza. That wasn't even the problem. The problem was the 3 inches of crust around the... edges with no sauce, or the fact that the sausage wasn't even covering half of each slices. Like someone just threw a handful ofsausage at the center and called it good. And for the Italian cheese bread that we asked to be made fresh, how long was thatsitting because in no way was it fresh. I tried the Batman calzony. I placed my order using the app. The app is easy to use. The app estimates when your order will be... ready. Usually, it only takes 15-20 minutes. This time, it estimated about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my order wasn't readyuntil almost an hour after I placed it. The novelty of the Batsignal shape was only part of what enticed me. I wanted thecalzony again! It was almost as good as I remembered it! I took one star off for the longer than reported wait and the Batmanspecial having only having two sections of calzony. Read more
