The food tasted gross, old and made us feel sick. The only saving grace was the fries and even then I wouldn?t eat here ever... again. I work at the McDonalds in Big Rapids and I?m sorely disappointed in the food quality here. Go somewhere else if you wantgood food that?s worth your money. Read more

Worst McDonald?s. Waited for 20 minutes for a Big Mac meal & two happy meals. Got half way home, checked the happy meals for my... kids and no toys or drinks. Will not be going to this place again. Read more
Decent location for the amount of business they handle. Big Macs seem to be an issue here though. Not only are there pictures,... but also I have received one with both patties and all toppings between two buns and the top bun stacked ontop of the "middlebun" and only one slice of cheese instead of two. This is a consistent issue. Beyond that, haven't had any other issues. Read more

We gave 5 Stars Only on Account of The Employees. The young people were friendly and brought our food to us hot and rather... quickly. However, the Prices for the Burgers, Sweets, and Drinks were out of sight. It's not like the employees are paid aliving wage or get tips. Yet, the cost of our meal was crazy. So, we would rather go to Mr. Bs, Bob Evans, or Applebee's andspend a bit more and get a whole lot more. Thank you young people for serving us so well. Read more
I was upset because I definitely DO NOT like ketchup on my burger. I specifically asked for no ketchup! I was almost home when... I started on the burger to find out the only condiment on there was extra ketchup. The burger DID have the order stuck to itthat said NO KETCHUP! Of course, I DID NOT eat it and didn't have the gas money to take it back. HOPEFULLY, next time it'll bebetter. I will say the drive- thru staff was very polite!! (SOME people might ask why I didn't check the burger 1st). My answeris simple it had the tag for the special order and since the tags are put on its only happened twice before And NEVER at this McDonald's. Read more
Super expensive with an old patty and fries. You guys know when the cabinets beep you are supposed to throw out the old product... and make new products. I worked at McDonald?s for 3 years and every employee knows that. Also the the main manager is superrude. It cost about $12 for a Big Mac meal where as the Culver?s I went to last week was $8 and they sell more items andactually pay their employees $15 an hour not $12 like McDonald?s even though they advertise $15 with an asterisk. so why can?tMcDonald?s get their products right and Culver?s can it comes down to the main store manager Read more
