Went and got some breakfast this morning hoping the morning people were better then the evening shift, they're not. When I... pointed out I ordered 2 meals and their pancake platter so should get 2 juices, the girl at the window said I didn't, I repeatedmy order and she went and talked to her manager and instead of coming back and say there was a mistake and sell me my missingitems she started accusing me of lying and when I repeated what I said at the order screen again she said my boss was listeningin and you never ordered a second meal. Not sure if the pancake platter comes with hash browns but I 2 of them leading me tobelieve I did get the 2 meals. We came into this location at 3:30pm. Literally not a soul inside or in drive-through. The place was a mess!! Literally every... table was dirty. One employee on break on the phone. The others took a bit to get to us. Another employee came out on break andhad a conversation on her speakerphone and was loud and annoying. 1 other customer came in while we were there. No one came outto clean or anything. If this is what they put out to the public, I don't even want ro think about what the kitchen lookslike. We won't be back. Read more
Food was good, except the mozzarella sticks. They tasted old and crusty. Lots of ants near the table. Wasn?t a huge fan of that.... Staff was not the friendliest, like they?ve all been working a 27 hour shift with no breaks. Read more
WORST customer service I have ever had. The daytime manager is as unprofessional as they come. I went thru the the drive thru on... 8/23 at 12:15 pm. For anyone using a discount coupon card from the Sherwood Bowmen football team I would recommend not using itat this store. They don?t know how to apply it to your order and get very upset with the customer trying to use it. They alsoget upset when you receive your order and it is not what is on your receipt and what you had ordered and you mention that tothem. They messed up but you are being punished. Only to have what you did order come half full and shoved at you after you hadto go back in to the store because the manager says she is done with your order and can get back in line, after waiting outsidein front of the store for over five minutes. Fourth time getting food here and it will be the last! The food just gets more unsatisfying every stop. My onions rings tasted... freezer burnt and were just awful. Will never waste my money here again!! Read more
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't even know where to begin. The service was less than good and a little bit of... terrible with the exception of the young lady that wasn't the supervisor whom was obviously upset and stressed out due to heryelling at the employees and her body language. Not sure why because it wasn't busy. I didn't get a drink with my meal becausethe only drink I like in that atomic fountain suicide machine, ran out as it was pouring, they ran out of french fries so theygave me undercooked onion rings, the bathroom was frigid cold, they locked me inside the lobby for some reason and had to goget somebody to let me out in the middle of the day. That employee had trouble working the lock. The first key he tried was thecorrect one because it turned he just didn't turn it hard enough or jiggle the door or whatever. He moved on to the second keythat clearly wasn't even the right size but he tried anyway so I suggested to go back to the first key that he then tried to putin upside down. I didn't end up going out those doors that were closest to my car, which would have been convenient due to thestorm outside, I was told to walk on the other side of the lobby and use that door, almost furthest from my car. All in all ifyou are looking for a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant (which actually took 15 minutes to get my food) I highlyrecommend this Burger King. Not sure if all the Burger Kings participate but in all seriousness I do not recommend going to thisBurger King. Also the ceiling was heavily leaking gross brown ceiling water by the useless drink station. Got questions, I mighthave answers. Feel free to ask them. Usually when I write a review about a place I've gone to eat I like to center it around the actual food itself, customer service... and all that other stuff comes later. As some know dutch bros is next door so I grabbed a coffee first, I felt like having alite breakfast (not a big fan of fastfood breakfasts either) and hit up BK. I was late for the breakfast oh well I thought getsomething that might come close to chicken so I ordered the classic, when I had a moment to peruse through my sandwich it wasdry with a smidgen of mayo (blah). Got a large number 4 with onion rings. My onion rings and burger were both completely cold and the mayo tasted bad to me. Staff... were friendly though sorry to have to complain about the food but not worth the money. Read more
