My wife ordered a cheese burger lettus wrap. Took on bite and it tasted like it was spoiled. It was still rare. Everything in our order had issues including the shake. Used wrong chicken patties. Burgers sloppily made. Forgot 2 sandwiches. ... Had to do a 2nd order at window which added on an additional 15 min of waiting because they forgot items. This place used to begreat. In my teenage years, I visited Burgerville quite often. Now, many years later, I visited again, but was quite shocked,...the... burger included sauce, lettuce,pickle & tomato was completely "tasteless "! Not sure if I will ever return to a Burgerville. Food was good, but doesn?t taste as good when you have to scarf it down in 5 min after sitting in the heat - I am giving a... warning to anyone thinking of going.. DO NOT go through the drive through - ordering it delivered somehow would have beenfaster. 3pm - 5 cars in front of me when I pulled up - TWENTY FIVE min wait and once you are in line you are STUCK.. unless youhave one person running the entire store, or you are growing the ingredients in the back room, this is insane. You will get good, GOOD food 70% of the time, however they are VERY busy at all times. I have eaten here for years and won't... stop but you have to know what you're getting into. Be prepared to wait for (not a joke) 20+ minutes to get to the MENU TOORDER. After that you could wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes to receive your food. Read more
A very welcoming atmosphere and old fashioned American service is what I experienced here at this location. I have never had any... bad food from any Burgerville location but so far this one in Newberg is the better of them. Read more
