I?m extremely disappointed by the service every time I go to this location I end up having to wait 20 mins for my food (I only... order the chicken strip basket nothing else) I understand when it?s busy but it wasn?t the passed few times I also don?t likehow the workers will stare at me as a young women it makes me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable I should be able to eatwithout workers walking past me staring multiple times and purposely acting like there cleaning just to be next to me it?shappened each time I?ve went except when I went with my step mom today one lady worker kept staring at me while I was waitingfor my food and it was incredibly weird if you a young women please don?t come here by yourself???? I haven't been inside the building as we went through the drive through, but the food was fresh and good, service was friendly. ... They were super sweet about modifying a food order and friendly to our puppy and gave her a treat. Read more
Food usually comes out good. Place is always clean. But the drive thru is usually fairly rushy and impatient.

Never have I ever had such terrible service. I will never visit this location again. Staff were rude and worried more about... local gossip then working to complete order. Viewing through drive through window cook was only one hard at work. Weekendevening shift supervisor lost control of their employees. Drive thru employee was a joke including person making my order. Dirtywork stations. I'll be reaching out the Yamhill County Health and Human service recommending an inspection. Read more
Dairy Queen for me is a big part of my childhood. Especially more rural areas and my town as a kid depended on Dairy Queen to... bring the treats! Now, nothing says weekend treat for me and family like a late night Blizzard run or a Hot Fudge Sundae andfries combo. We love the Oreo, cookie dough with mint ice cream, and of course my favorite is the Heath. We love this place,we enjoy the moments and it makes us all quiet for a few minutes scarfing it down in happiness. I wish I could give zero stars. I had a mobile order and came inside since the drive thru was busy. There were at least 10... people working and no one came to front counter to help. I asked someone in back twice for help and said "yeah, yeah someone'scoming", but no one did. Finally the person behind me yelled out for help and still no acknowledgment. After 10 more minutesthey left. Since I had already paid I had to keep waiting. When my food was finally ready it was seriously incomplete, but Ididn't know it until I got home. If anyone at the store reads this I would like a refund. Please take this opportunity tore-train your employees on just what customer service means. You have lost my business. Read more
