came through today in the evening of february 4, girl outside taking our order was so sweet but girl inside who handed us our... drinks had the worst attitude. SO RUDE, also she looked like sloppy. i tried to be friendly and ask how her day was and sherolled her eyes. talked to me like i was the dumbest most annoying person ever. i have never interacted with someone with suchnegative energy. pretty much shoved the drink into my hands. i was afraid to drink my drink because she made it. i love thisstand so i was very surprised by this interaction, she is NOT dutch bro?s material and ruined my night. Great Cold Brew! I stop in here almost daily. Gotten hooked on the Cold Brew Kicker!! Last Sunday I stopped in and the young... blonde girl at the window position was amazing, wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Rather than the standard 2questions most of them ask, she was drawing pictures of her team on a small whiteboard and sharing wi6h customers. Now aartist she wasn't, but she did an amazing job of having a real conversation with me that was fun, upbeat and genuine. I havehad some people their not talk to me at all and others act like it was a bother for them to get out of bed that day, but thisyoung lady earned 10 stars all on her own! She deserves a raise for her creativity and energy! I would also put her in chargeof training the window team members how to truly make a connection and impact someone's day.
