I love your food and drove all the way across town based off the hours you have posted online and had plenty of time 40 minutes... to be exact before closing. When I arrived your Open sign is on but am told by your employee that they wouldn't help me becausethey started cleaning a little early and all the machines are shut down. OMG this is going to be hard to resist from now on! I've been wanting to try this place so today finally did. Had the corned... beef with sauerkraut peroshki and it was SOOOO GOOD! The dough is light and flaky, not heavy, and the fillings were generous andfull of flavor. Even the sides were fresh and delicious. Highly, highly recommend. It's not inexpensive but honestly big enoughto share. I have half left for lunch tomorrow (thinking air fryer might heat it nicely). Oh... also tried the chai. Rich anddecadent and delicious. Because of Covid-19 this Washingtonian was in Newberg getting a haircut (great cut!). I saw this place and called and asked if... they spoke Russian; they said facetiously "a little." Well? Food is TREMENDOUS and the coffee drinks are as good as Starbucksand much cheaper - and no sales tax of course in Oregon. The girl who worked the place was helpful and VERY business-like. I'll take it! Better than not knowing anything, like so many young people. The vegetable sides are too small but given thequality and huge portions and scarcity of authentic Russian food...and cheerful welcoming frontage, they get a 5! Read more
Great food but...prepare to wait. If there's 3 cars in line, keep driving. They have 3 pull up to spots but don't use them. They... only seem to take one order at a time. They also seem to be there and open up when they feel like it. I've arrived several timesduring business hours and no one's around. Kinda sucks. Read more
