Seems to always be packed in drive through but most of the time it's one Lane out of 2 lanes of drive through in use. Could... easily be corrected by using two head sets even with one person and alternating lanes on orders like a zipper. My food is often cold from this location or just tastes like it has been sitting or rushed. I did get the green bucket though... and staff are nice and underpaid. Read more
Didn?t get a chance to order food when I got there at 10:35. At 10:50 I just left since I started work soon. I wouldn?t... recommend going for a quick meal before a shift starts. Read more
I went there to get my kids a snack and so they could use the indoor Play Place since it was over 90* outside. The AC was turned... off or broken I. The playland, and the employees didn't care at all. They messed up my order, and also the bathroom smelled likea sewer pipe was broken. Read more
All the employees I encountered this day were rude, snotty, and one girl with long green nails literally rolled her eyes at me... like I was her mom asking her to do the dishes. No encounter should occur this way, regardless of what I requested. I feel thatit would be wrong for customers to lower the standards of simple customer service due to difficulty with retaining employees. Honestly I work really close to here so I go to this location a lot. They never put more than one pickle on the sandwiches and... when you ask for a side of sauce with your order, they give you 3 nickel sized dabs of sauce and get mad if you try to ask formore. They?ll argue with you that they did give the sauce and that you have enough. I?m tired of trying to ask them foranything. Went there on 11/25/19 @ 11:30 pm. Our entire meal (nuggets , fries and these strips) were so dang over cooked we couldn?t even... eat them. Hard and nasty no meat.. if the owner of this McDonald?s has any concern they will make this right. This made mygirlfriend and myself very upset. Please reach out to management and stop this.
