My husband and kids and I went here to have pizza and we got the salad bar as well. Was not impressed at all. The salad bar was... not clean nor stocked, the lettuce was brown and starting to wilt, there are all different things mix together, no labels on thedressings. So didn't end up eating our salads. Our pizza was not cut like it shows and it was so greasy on the bottom it wasmushy. Hardly ever saw a employee and not once did we see one go to see of anything needs replenished on the salad bar. Everyone of our pizzas were incorrect. The tipping were neay non-existant. The outsides were completely burnt and the goth chick... at the counter looked so stoned that she couldn't find our order under the register. Huge disappointment, especially paying$53. Clean it up Round table. Read more
So incredibly disappointed. I understand being short staff but the rudeness and mess ups was ridiculous. We arrived for my sons... birthday party. I ordered four hours beforehand to make sure pizza was ready. It was not and then when it arrived was incorrect.I had to go to counter multiple times and was ignored each time. The gal at front counter was extremely rude to not only me butmy children and guests. When I asked for more plates for our party I was told this is all we have. We don?t have a dish washerright now. When ordering beverages she didn?t explain fountain machine was down until we had been standing there waiting forcups for five minutes and had to ask. Then she said fountain drinks are down you have to grab one from cooler. This was after wewere charged the larger fee for drinks and not told why??? Other guests were coming and complaining of messed up orders aswell. She would completely ignore all who was at counter and continue conversations with Im assuming other staff members?? Youshould put customers first and atleast greet people for crying out loud. Good luck staying in business we will not be returningto this establishment. Read more
Came here because the pizza place across the street didn't have pizza. Round table was Medium quality pizza at best. Sign says... pub and they do have beer on tap but they can't serve you any because none of the staff are over 21. Legally too young to pour.Soft drink machine was broken too. Guess I will just have a water with my low end pizza. Staff said go get your own silverwareand napkins from the salad bar. Read more
The service at this location is a disgrace. The last 3 times we?ve given them a chance, our food was late, wrong, or burnt and... they couldn?t have cared less when we asked for better. No personality in their staff whatsoever. We have loved Round Table fora long time. But we will gladly give our business to the many other pizza places in town going forward. Read more
When we walked in the young lady begind the counter had ear buds in and was barely audible when she spoke later I see she has... short shorts on. I am sure that cannot be accepted attire. My personal lunch special pizza which was to have 4 different topingsbarely had any at all one slice had none. The ranch was totally NOT Round Table a ranch AT ALL. The only reason there were anystars is because my boys enjoyed the wings. Very disappointed in our favorite go to pizza place. Read more
Love the pizza! Unfortunately the service and salad bar cleanliness was bad! Maybe understaffed, but we witnessed a teenager... run his hand across the salad bar food. We reported it to the man who took our order and all 6 of us declined to order salad,explaining why. A few minutes later, the server went to the salad bar with a bowl and actually stuck his entire head andshoulders underneath the sneeze guard and took some food out of the containers and put it in the bowl he had. Was he makinghimself a salad or was he removing the top layer of food that the teenager had touched? I don't know. Read more
Round table used to be the best pizza. Now, it?s mediocre at best. After covid they changed ingredients. Dough is bad, sauce is... not good, cheese is downright awful.
