My family and I came into have dinner last night, the whole restaurant was full and there only happened to be one person..... though it was extremely short staffed you couldn't tell because the service was still excellent. We went in to get 3 milkshakes to go… they were almost $8 each and we also got a pie. They put our milkshakes in hot drink... cups and they were a little over half full… that’s pretty ridiculous considering we paid 8$ a piece for them. Next, the piein the case looked awesome and had all these toppings, when we got home and opened the pie it had not even half the toppings theone in the case had. This is very disappointing. We spent $35 tonight and weren’t happy with any of it. Better yet I went tocontact them and I need my receipt number which when I asked for the receipt they were “out of paper” even though sheprinted the receipt for us to sign. This isn’t the first bad experience we have had here and it’s disappointing spending allthis money and getting basically nothing out of it. We will not be returning and suggest you don’t go here either. Read more
My dad is a regular here and I came with him while in town. The staff is amazing and treat my dad with a lot of respect and care... which means the world to me. Beyond that, the food was great and I highly recommend the marionberry pie. Read more

I came in alone on a night with not too many customers but there was a decent amount of them. I simply wanted two pancakes they... sat me down and told me they would be with me shortly and I’m a patient person I wouldn’t mind waiting around for a few,however it turned out to be over 20 minutes of waiting until they finally took my order and when they did I had to wait another20 minutes just to receive the pancakes, they seemed fine on the outside but when I took a bite out of them they were completelyraw in the middle I was so disgusted with the raw batter in my mouth all while the employees ignored me because they were toodistracted. I waited around to see if anyone would come by and ask me how my meal was it but it seemed like they were too busyprioritizing other people who came in after me and half of the employees looked like they were doing nothing. Eventually I gottired of waiting and decided to walk to front and Pay so that I could just leave, Unbelievably enough I was charged 7 dollarsfor 2 pancakes I didn’t even eat when I left the store I told one of the employees “for future reference it would be nice ifyou guys cooked the inside of the pancakes” because I was so upset with how poor the service was, truly it ruined my nightkind of an upsetting experience at sharis Read more
We went back again and enjoyed steaks, country fried steak too, Marionberry cheesecake and milkshakes! All of the food was great... and service was friendly and great! Great food and excellent service. I sat at the bar and could see everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen. The staff works... their a@@ off. With the low prices, a 20% tip isn't anywhere near enough. They deserve so much more. Read more
