Worst sandwiches we've ever ordered. Spent $42 on an online order, none of the sandwiches had what we ordered on them. The... toppings we did receive were VERY skimpy and some of the vegetables on the sandwiches literally looked as if they were picked upoff of the floor. Paid for extra cheese, received half the regular amount of cheese. Paid for avacado and didn't get it. No mayoor mustard but all sandwiches had some type sweet sauce on them, not sure what it was. Tried to call to correct the order butnobody answered. Ended up having to throw out most of 5 sandwiches... We have come to this subway for the better part of 5years but the last 2 visits are enough for me to never eat here again. Read more
I ordered a Subway Club salad, as I have done numerous times over the past 4 years. Nothing was chopped or cut as it had been in... the past. I asked the male server about it. He said they stopped doing that; they are just to layer it on. How are you supposedto eat a salad with full slabs of meat? Fortunately, I took it home for dinner and was able to chop it there. But that missedthe whole point of getting an already made salad. Also, the bowls are easily 1/3 of the size they used to be. They ran out oftomatoes at the beginning of dinner time. Our order included 2 club salads. The male waiting on us stacked the slices of sandwich meat on top of the vegetables rather... than cutting it up, as has always been the practice. When questioned, he stated they no longer do this. Very difficult to eatthis way while on the go. Very poor service!! Read more
Your salads used to be my favorite in Newberg. Not anymore. I used to get a vegan salad that was huge and very reasonable. Now,... half the veggies and increase in price. (The price is really not the issue). But if salad is the only thing you eat for ameal....it's not enough. Please consider having more than one size salad for us vegans. THANK YOU! Read more

I place an order for delivery via the online app. My order arrived and it was incorrect (I ordered a footlong sub and received a... 6"). No big deal. I called the number listed for the store and it was just a phone tree to nowhere. I went back into the app andthere is no way to contact the store. I got in my car (stopping what I was doing, which was the whole point of delivery!) anddrove down to the store. When I explained the situation to the store employee all I got was a shoulder shrug and "Yeah. Theyturned our phones off at the store a while back." and a blank stare. Undaunted I showed the employee the receipt and the 6" suband, again, a shoulder shrug. Eventually, after some prodding, I had them remake it for me (I only wanted what I had alreadypaid for!). The whole situation was infuriating. I filled out the survey from Subway that they send you but I doubt anythingwill come of it. I will never order from this store again. Read more
