This one had bread and ingredients in stock. Which was a relief. However, the anti-LGBTQIA+ sentiment was tangible. The kids... behind the counter knew how to ask questions and make recommendations until it was my turn. But it got worse. They only offerthose nasty unwaxed paper straws that dissolve in your drink and leave a nasty taste and mouth feel. Read more

This location is horrible. The employees act and look miserable. No greeting at all. Yesterday I was there and asked for light... mustard on my sandwich. The kid put way too much on. I asked him if he could scrape some off and he proceeded to use his fingerto try and scrape it off. I told him forget it and walked out. They really need training at this location. I think I have been eating Subway for 25 years, since my Freshman year in college. Yikes! I have never had a bad experience with... Subway. The Newberg Subway is a family favorite. My son and daughter choose this over any other quick food chain 9/10 times andI?m happy for it. The staff are always making our sandwiches with care, no rush, not skimpy and are really pleasant. Sydney wasexcellent the other day by simply answering my questions about combinations that would or would not work. Her insight andwillingness to create with me was exactly what I needed for my sandwich . Italian Steak Eggs Pepper Jack Toasted Blackolives Spinach Pepperoncini Sriracha A twist on the breakfast burrito with some snap and crunch. The store always has clients,it?s clean, organized, and we love it. Stay patient, these folks are working hard, have lots of orders at times from online andit feels understaffed. They were using the same knife to cut every sandwich - not sanitary. My sub was $1.30 more expensive than most other subways.... The meats were separated into little dishes so portions are controlled - got the feeling the franchise owner is nickel anddiming. I gave a 3 because the sub-makers did excellent, but the person handling money was wrapping sandwiches WITHOUT GLOVES,, and did... not seem to understand concept of cross contamination. Plus, touched inside my wrapper and told me did not. I have never had aSubway staff do that. This was also the manager pitching in to help. My sandwich and husband's had someone's hands and otherpeople's money contaminating it. Remind these folks that I have to touch the outside. Money is one of the dirtiest things youcan touch in a business and everyone was having to give cash this day. I should have just left the sandwiches. How do I knowwhen she washed her hands last, and whether or not she is sick? Do these folks get inspected? They were not behind and linewas not long. Tell me, where does the gloves end and their bare hands start? I will go to the other Subway in town from nowon. I have done lots of training as a nurse, and feel that someone needs to check on this place. Plus, do I need to remind herthat we have the Delta Variant Covid spreading in this county? Read more

The food was good... however, the prices that were up on the wall differed by . 20 cents more!! I told both of the girls working... there that I shouldn't have to pay the difference because of what was posted on the wall. They said that there was nothing thatthey could do about it ????!! I told them that they need to inform their manager about it!! Right after I sat down to eat thefood more people came in. I was tempted to inform them of the difference in the prices but decided not to. I also noticed thatthe girls didn't inform them that the price was going to be higher!! SHAME ON THEM!! Read more
