The beefy 5 layer burrito was warm, tender, supple, and submissive to my dripping mouth. Even if it wanted to say no, it... couldn?t. As I put that hot meat in my mouth I could feel the nacho cheese gushing into the back of my throat right before Iswallowed the whole load of cheese. I swallowed and then quietly whispered ?Live mas?? ???? It?s Taco Bell. Nothing special,nothing bad either. They left out half of my order, and charged me for it. When I went back around to get my order corrected, instead of fixing the... issue they gave me 2 buy one get one free coupons.....what? The girl that handed them to me then turned away to talk with hermanager. After waiting there for a minute, she was still ignoring me. No matter how you look at this situation it makes no senseat all. Scenario #1: They ran out of tacos. Ok. Then why wouldn't you explain that to me, and why would you give me a BUY oneget one free coupon? Scenario #2: The employee was new and wasn't trained correctly. Ok. Then why didn't the manager that wasstanding right next to her correct the situation? Scenario #3: They scam people like this often and are trained to do so. Makessense. Read more
Screwed our order up LITERALLY SO bad and refused to fix it since we did not bring back the bag of messed up food. When I worked... here, I was required to fix it either way, so not sure what changed considering they're paying their workers practically thesame exact wages they were 5 years ago. I was standing waiting for about 10 minutes, several employees looked over at me and didn't say anything. I finally said excuse... me can I get some help? They continued to ignore me. I said it again and finally an employee came over but she couldn'tunderstand english so she had to go get another employee who at least could understand what I was saying although I couldn'tunderstand him. I went into Taco Bell today with my wife to grab some dinner, as one does after a long and busy day. I walk up to the counter... inside, and was approached by a short white guy with black hair, he was extremely rude towards me and my wife. Giving usattitude the entire interaction. I blew it off and assumed he was having a bad day. When we got our food, we sat down to noticthat we where missing a bean and cheese burrito, I checked the recipe to confirm that we payed for one. So, I went up to ask theyoung man again, about this missing item. He called me a liar and claimed he had put it in the bag himself, witch odviouslywasent true. I had to sit and argue with him about this item for well over 2 minutes. I even offered to pay for a new one, andhe finally agreed. When my food came out, he practically thre it at me. Not happy! We ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes, pintos & cheese and a steak salad bowl. We only got the salad bowl without the... steak! That's it. We didn't think to check the bag since this Taco Bell usually gets it right compared to next door Wendy's. We tried calling repeatedly but the phone was busy. We live far from Newberg so it's not worth it to drive back. Read more
