Don't know where I might be without cranberry slushes. I stop by at least several times a week. And 9.6 times out of 10 I leave... just as happy as I was when I arrived. It's pretty rare when I feel as if I bothered some of the crew by stopping in at thewrong time, but it doesn't hinder my stopping, so oh well - I simply adjust tip accordingly! 8) Read more

The Sonic Drive-In in Newbern, TN are always excellent about friendliness and getting my orders on time. I never have issues... with getting the wrong order. I love that you can add the tip in the mobile app, which makes the whole process easier. Everytime I order ahead and schedule a time they always have my food prepared and brought to me on time. Well, definitely may not want to order food items between 2 to 4?? Maybe cause it's happy hours, but food could have many... issues?? In the past, We've had unfresh chicken, hard as rock bread,:(, cold fries, orders just done wrong, and just rudercustomer service (inside for sure) :( My relative has worked at a sonic and they weren't like this. , some sonics justdefinitely better than others:/ Read more
Sonic in Tiptonville used to be a very good place to stop for a quick bite, however now they are very slow and almost rude when... you place an order. Food is still good, but I have just about quit going there due to their rudeness. Read more
Only reason they got a 4 star instead of five is so they read this. Awesome food, good price and amazing service. And also,... sorry I made the carhop deliver the food in the cold. Everyone near there should go to this Sonic. Read more
