Most of the time, the food is okay. But, I've had some very ugly experiences here. Most recently, I ordered my food on the app,... it charged my bank account 3 times ????....I called the store and the lady I spoke with said they didn't receive the order justto tell her what all was on it and they would make it and have it ready for me when I arrived. Once getting there, they had noclue what I was talking about and none of them spoke to me on the phone ????.......Needless to say, I paid for my food a 4THtime. I wish I could really give this place 0 star, there is no telling how long these women here have been touching food without... their gloves on, I saw a woman today touching cheese with herbarehanded, and as I'm looking at her she looks at me and turns herhead as if I didn't catch her. I told my girlfriend that we are leaving, and they looked at me all shocked Ironic thing is,they're wearing masks, but not gloves, this restaurant does not follow procedures at all, they're careless and look like theyhave attitudes on a daily. There was no line or any other customer in the store. I stood there for a long time, and wasn't even greeted as two employees... worked on one order together. Finally, after standing there for almost 5 minutes, someone finally said something to me. Shesaid they had to finish this order before serving me. Which would be fine, if there were not two employees there. I stoodthere a little while longer, without being served and finally walked out. Read more
