On the spur of the moment, my grandson and I stopped in to get a sandwich to take back to the house. It was very quiet in there.... We were the only ones! So we got the ?? treatment. The sandwich was great! That Subway was very clean and I noticed theemployees were keeping themselves busy which indicated to me that they have very good Supervisor. ???? I can for sure say thatif you want a Subway sandwich, feel confident that this store prides themselves on making sure you have a good experience and agreat meal! Read more

Some staff members are doing good working and taking there time. However some tend to speed up a bit with your order. Apparently... they care for a ?need for speed? than taking time. Jonesville has been slow with their speed and time management; I recommendthat one for those that end up with a sandwich all squished up and not properly closed (very disgusting). Also don?t besurprised if customer service is only given for one second; again the job ?is all about speed? apparently. And management onlycares about that than giving out customer satisfaction. Also try working there and giving out the best customer service you cangive without your manager telling you in front of the customers ?you?re being so slow at your job? and telling you to ?pick upthe pace and increase your speed? and making a big deal out of nowhere. And the store director won?t even do a thing about it!First off it?s not being slow. And second, it?s about showing that you care for the customers and would provide them with thebest customer satisfaction you can give them. I suggest JONESVILLE once more so everyone can end up happy with customersatisfaction; at least their manager and store director cares for all the customers wants and needs of service. Read more

I was there on Sat 10/30/21 and there were 4 people working. Two of them were nice & helpful, but the other 2 were extremely... rude to the point that I almost walked out to go somewhere else. The middle aged, slightly older lady that was starting thesandwiches was the worst. She rolled her eyes at me simply because I changed the order from non toasted to toasted. She wasargumentative and honestly is the reason I won?t step foot in that subway ever again. I tipped because the other two werehelpful, but no one said thank you to us for our purchase (or tip) as we were checking out and leaving. Haven?t tried thesandwiches yet, but if you?ve eaten at one subway you?ve eaten at all of them. It?s the people that make the difference. I?llstick to the Jonesville location from now on. Read more

I like this subway but for the past few times I?ve been there, the co-workers are talking about their personal lives explicitly... about things no one needs to hear while making the food in front of you, and treat it like it?s social hour. It?sunprofessional. Food is good, just wished the bread wasn?t so smushed when they cut it when prepping your sub. Clean, always hasmusic going, but sometimes understaffed, meaning only one person is there in the evenings, so sometimes it can take a while toget your sandwich. Read more

Went in today, great place and good food. I have been to this location twice so far and love the staff. Very polite, always in a... good mood. I think I?ll be coming here from now on for my lunches before I go to work. Read more
