It's okay loved the potato salad and house salad had a broiled seafood platter for 39.00 it wasn't worth it I could go to blue... dolphin for the same price and have more food 1 piece of fish 1 small crab cake 3 shrimp 4 penny size scallops 2 slice's ofcantaloupe IDK Y 3 hush puppies? The location has some amazing views if you enjoy sitting dockside of the bay. The drinks are pretty good. The seafood was good.... We ordered corn fritters, the lump crab cake, the biggest feast they offered, and the strawberry cake. The seafood was good. Thecake was really cold almost like it was still frozen but it was Smith Island style. The environment was really awesome andchill. Only weird thing was the automatic 17% gratuity they put on our bill. We were only two people And would have tipped thestandard 20% had it not been a part of the bill. Read more

The food was hot, but I gotta say I guess this place is more the crab legs than anything else. I ordered the jumbo shrimp... basket and I was so disappointed! For 24.99 I got seapak shrimp and very little fries, they really shouldn't false advertisethat was not jumbo at all. They crab balls were really good and my husband ordered the rockfish which was also very good. Please step yall game up on the shrimp, give people what they pay for!! Wow?. The trek to Capt. Billy?s Crab House was well worth it. Nothing beats this restaurant for Maryland cuisine. I had the... lump crab cake sandwich and it was indeed perfection. The oysters were succulent, tender My fellow diner had soft shell crabsandwich and both entrees were arguably the best I have had in years. The coleslaw and potato salad was freshly made at thepremises and flavorful and delish. The service was wonderful and the servers were so pleasant and knew their menu well. Theprices were actually very very reasonable. The premises are not fancy but rather homey, and at once, inviting. Much torecommend this establishment. Please do Not miss this restaurant. The food was awesome!! And you get your money's worth. We ate out on the dock side to stay safe from covid. Lots of room inside... to social distance to if you have to have air conditioning. Even though it was 87 there was a nice breeze out on deck. Onlything that kept us from giving it a five was they forgot our fries and what seafood place doesnt give you wet naps? Read more
What a great spot. Off of the main road. Great spot if you find it. Right on the Potomac. Amazing seafood, great staff, friendly... atmosphere. Fresh seafood at a fair price. Hush puppies with butter and honey were perfect to start with. Then crab bombs for alittle kick. Fresh crab with cream cheese and peppers. Served with pepper jelly that sends your tastebuds on a flavor journey.Then, a broiled seafood platter to finish it off. Everything was nice and tender. Scallops and fish were perfectly seasoned andcooked just right. Shrimp were nice with just the tails. To top it off the crab cake was all crab no filler. No waste in thesecakes.
