My husband and I stopped in here on our way home from a work function. My husband was dressed in his uniform. We ordered 2... coffees and picked up a Kind bar at the register. Our order was around $14. My husband had his debit card out to pay and all ofa sudden the nice young lady working said ?Oh look, it happens to be free today!? We didn?t understand at first. Then shethanked my husband for his service and said ?thank you for keeping me safe.? It was unexpected and truly, she could havediscounted my husband?s coffee and been done. It wasn?t necessary to discount both. But it was very much appreciated!! It meanta lot to both of us. The receipt says her name was Patty (I guess that could be wrong though). This Starbucks is pretty standard. We had a fairly long wait time but the reason for a subpar review is because they couldn?t... take gift cards. The Barista was lovely and apologetic, but said they haven?t been able to take gift cards for 3 months. Read more

This is an out of the way Starbucks that requires patience. The labor issues plaguing other spots are intensified here because... of the location. You can?t blame the baristas for only being two strong versus a line of customers. It?s not a great feeling toget anxious for your drinks in a rush, so we made sure we were set to wait. The staff were polite and the drinks were solid.Chillax is the mantra. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. So first of all the woman behind the counter was, from the get go, miserable and blatantly... irritated to even be there. Second of all, we ordered two venti drinks, she made one venti and one grande. Which was mentionedafter the fact and was told that?s what we were getting because that?s what we ordered. I?ve been going to Starbucks for like adecade and have never ordered anything but a Venti. But whatever, I took the grande and went about life, however I take my firstsip and there?s not a hint of Chai in it. So at this point I get back in line and wait to get to the front, where I inform herof the issue and say can it please be a Venti too. The lady says she?ll fix the thing she messed up but if we want a Venti Ihave to order ANOTHER one. So whatever lady charge away but I want the Venti. She throws away the initial screwed up drink allangrily, then proceeds to make ?identical? Grande and Venti Iced Chai Teas. You all decide how ?identical? these are?that womanclearly needs educated on customer service AS WELL AS product consistency. Read more
