I love the Azzip concept, the quality of the pizzas is very good, the people are cheerful and well trained and I probably... shouldn?t be writing a review when I?m freshly disappointed for the second time. A couple months back I ordered from Green Riverfor pickup from my car, arrived at the agreed upon time, called to notify, was told they?d be right out with my order, waitedabout ten minutes, watched another car pull up and get their order before I called again. They were very apologetic and ishrugged it off even though the pizza had been sitting in a warmer and was less than tasty when I got home. Long story short,same thing happened this evening at the Newburgh store. Same result, poor quality. Tonight I let them know, unfortunately thesweet young lady who ultimately brought my order was not management and I was less than my normal kind and considerate self andnow I?m upset about that too. Systemic problem, probably a service that?s hung on post covid, if you don?t have a system thatensures an oven warmed order is immediately brought to the customers car, stop offering the service. Different then your typical Pizza joint, but that's not a bad thing.
This place literally opened 13 minutes ago while we waited outside. The tables are visibly dirty and there is food on the floor... but no one has eaten here today...which means it's from yesterday. Currently sitting in a booth that my legs are stuck tobecause it's SO STICKY! Super disappointed since we went to the green river location and it was flawless! I also want to add itis HOT in here and the alternative AC they have on the wall is not working well. There's also huge chunks of dust hanging out ofthe air cents and directly above the food prep area. ???? Read more
Delicious pizza and order was ready right on time. The curbside pickup delivered my order at the exact time specified. The pizza... and garlic bread tasted amazing and were hot upon pickup. My only complaint was the side cup of marina sauce was unexpectedlycold. Read more
You can't go wrong with a pizza from Azzip. The kids love it, the wife can find something up her alley, and I can get the gluten... free crust. Highly recommend. Read more
