Had an absolute horrible experience first time trying I ordered online for my husband to pick up well his card was declined and... so was mine so I call him to let him know we'll as soon as I do payment hits both our cards so I call and see if they can cancelone well they can't find my order so she places one and then tried to make my husband pay again and was getting loud with him Iheard her on the phone so we have done been out 80 dollars for food we didn't receive and she wanted us to pay another 40 Ithink not and I will be disputing this with my bank if it posts to my account. The absolute most rude owners that I have ever experienced. After receiving the wrong order, I came back inside and told them.... After telling them, they blamed it on me and then the HUSBAND told me I had a bad attitude and she didn’t have to give me thesauce or fortune cookies I requested. Then they both collectively raised their voices, continued to speak over me and telling mehow I was wrong and that my attitude continued to be bad. I am a small female that WALKS WITH A CANE, I don’t need to beaccosted by food service employees. Not to mention that not only did she give me the wrong order, but I didn’t realize untilafter pulling away, turned around and brought it back. Then, they proceeded to give the order to the man that actually orderedit. Not that I opened it or am sick, or dirty; but with the seriousness of Covid-19, I don’t believe anyone would appreciatetheir careless actions, certainly not the health department. Is very unfortunate, we had typically ordered from there once ortwice weekly (normally) and the former employees were so friendly, they recognized us when we called. This was especially impressive. The red meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful. The owners went above and beyond to take care of... us and cook fresh food. Every dish was excellent quality and some of the best Chinese style dishes we've ever had. Read more
Egg roll was tiny, and had zero flavor, more like a cheap spring roll. Chicken fried rice was unbelievably bland, even after two... soy sauce packets, mustard, and the 2 ounce container of sweet and sour that came for the egg roll. Literally, gas station eggrolls are better, and frozen Chinese dinners have more flavor. Read more
The food is honestly really good. I had no complaints about it and the staff was quick and friendly. Ive been here a few time... before and will continue to come again given the opportunity. The only reason i give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that nasty teathey make. It is awful. Ive had it once before and forgotten how terrible it is. Please fix the recipe or nix it from the menu.Good job! Good place to grab some Chinese takeout. Food was ready within 15 min and was kept hot. The staff were quick to checkout. Sweet... and sour chicken tasted great and they gave plenty of sauce to go along with the entree. Read more
Love the shrimp fried rice but the prices are far too ridiculous. We paid $32 for 2 lunch plates. It’s not even all that... great. I feel duped. Read more
