I don?t know what else to say other than we are disappointed with this experience. As my girlfriend and I have been to the... Wienbach and Burkhardt location many times, we have never had been treated in this manner. The staff was unhelpful, lookedannoyed, and rude the entire time we placed our order. The only smile we saw was the girl who brought out our food. We don?thave a very complicated order and the lady taking our order made it very complicated. I wish she had been more helpful and lessannoyed. There were quite a few questions I had never been asked and I ended up with a drink very different then I intended.Overall I think we?ll stick to the other locations as the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We always love honeymoon, and this location is great. It is right on the riverfront and perfect for after a walk or run at the... river. They have amazing coffee as well as ice cream and other treats. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well which isreally nice. Read more
