Hit or miss. The turkey sandwiches are great, ice cream is good, but this $9 cheeseburger I bought tonight is the worst burger... I've ever eaten. Almost $20 for a kids grilled cheese meal, a burger and a drink. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth coming backreally after this. Edit to add: This is the Newburgh location. I've been disappointed with how slow it is, but this takes thecake. There are too many "gourmet" places in Newburgh to accept a frozen patty for this price. Oh Lic's! Why can't I quit you and your Choco Creams. They're delicious! I don't ever get anything else, but this location is... soooo slow. I know help is hard to find right now, but please try. I waited for 20 minutes for a container of already preparedchococreams. Read more
This was the cleanest place I have ever seen. The ham, bacon, and cheese sub was the best I?d ever had. I had to take advantage... of the .72 cent sunday on Sunday and Monday wow delicious and a good portion. I will be back when I?m in Newburgh working. Read more
Lics has always been one of our family's favorite little icecream shops in town. Service has always been fast and friendly, and... the icecream is always good! They make their own, so it is always fresh and tastes homemade! If you're by a Lics, stop in, youwon't be disappointed! Read more

Went to the Lics in Newburgh IN. Arrived around 8pm and ordered two hot fudge cake sundaes. Took staff 15 minutes to get to the... intercom to take the order. Then another 15 to get the order ready. When we received the sundaes they weren?t made with thetoppings we requested and with a really small amount of ice cream. Brought it up to the young lady at the delivery window andshe proclaimed that the ice cream was there. Yea, it?s there, but it?s two spoon fulls if you?re lucky. She had no intention onadding more. The ice cream is ok. So is the service. Lots of different flavours . Service is ok. But the place is not clean. The freezers are... dirty. The rails on top of the freezers are filled with ice cream and old chocolate. Being 71 years in business, they reallyhave to do better when it comes to hygiene. Read more
*Newburgh Location* Service took around 20 minutes for a milkshake. I was given the wrong one 2 times. Got the right one the... third time I came back to exchange. Pricing is disappointing, given I was charged more than what?s on their website and anextra convenience fee for using a credit card.
