I used to call in all the time to order when I only had cash (instead of the app where you gotta pay with card) but these new... people do not ever answer their phone. Workers cannot communicate. I ordered pizza and garlic cheese sticks and they charged for dippers instead of the cheese sticks.... I tried to fix it and they just kept repeating okay. Read more
I had a horrible experience tonight. At first I tried to call, and their phones were off. So I to order through the drive... through. I waited 35 minutes for them to tell me the order got "skipped." Then I told the cashier I just want a refund. He thenbegan to argue and say "just 5 more minutes. And we're waiting on the other pizza." I now have been waiting another 10 minutesand still have yet to receive my pizzas. I will not be coming back. Read more
Little Caesars has never been nothing special but the new owners of this place are going to run it down to the ground. Terrible... customer service, to busy talking to each other About their Hakki sack tournament. I ordered two pizzas. Great place for hot and mostly ready pizza ???? sometimes you have to wait for the pizza to be made during more busy times, but... never a long wait. Always a quality product and excellent service.
