Salad was good but skimpy I don't recommend the dirty silverware or the over filled trash in the bathroom
Ordered take out they said would be ready at 5:31, pulled into their parking lot at 5:32. Waited line 10 minutes to get to the... window, was told not ready please stay at the window. Five minutes later was asked to pull forward still not ready. The two carsin front of me finally gave up and went inside to get theirs and they still had wait. I have been a big fan of McAlister since they opened on North Green River Rd. & I have always been pleased with both there... service and products. Imagine how pleased I was when they opened a restaurant in Newburgh just minutes from my home. My joyturned to disappointment when on my three visits there were problems with each order. I think that I will invest the time todrive to North Green river Rd to obtain the quality of food and customer service to which I have come to expect from McAlister. It certainly is not happening at the Newburgh store. Read more
The first time we went there on their opening day it was great! Last 2 times we've been there the sandwich bread was burnt and... so hard you couldn't eat it. Also the Mac and cheese was so gross! I'd rather eat cafeteria , generic mac and cheese. Now maybeif I didn't spend almost 30.00 for just my daughter and I, I may not be so disappointed but that's way too much to spend forcharcoal toast and canned mac and cheese or wherever it came from. Last night, I ordered a club sandwich and a two for two: sandwich and salad. I drove home to open up to find there was no... dressing. None. And I also said no pickle with my sandwich, but sure enough, it was there anyway. Now I was stuck with anundressed salad. It was right near closing. There were no other customers. And there was a sheer lack of care. I called and wasmet with a flippant attitude over THEIR screw up. It?s really sad. Customer service has gone to the dogs. Attention to detail isso important.
