Consistently the worst McDonalds location. I always give them another chance thinking it will improve but never does. Slow,... orders wrong, you name it. Today I ordered through app, checked in and went to drive in just to be told they are closed due toregister issues. Told them I paid through app already and was just told Sorry yet when I drive around I see a person walkingout with his order. Done with them. Read more
Wow! This visit was horrible! I ordered from the kiosk in lobby, and it took 25 minutes to get a kids meal, and double cheese... burger. There was hostility between employees in the kitchen, which was not helping get customers served. I will say, it isconsistent service, compared to previous visits. Read more
Last night, I made the trip to McDonald's on Hwy. 66 in Newburgh. I ordered 2 Big Macs ($1 extra special) and a small fry. ... Apparently, two ordering lanes cause confusion. I repeated asked "Hello?" and waited at the kiosk. A car pulled up in theother lane and was asked for their order immediately. I'm sure that the restaurant was busy. I was asked to pull forward. They brought out my order and I pulled away. As I pulled out onto Hwy. 66, I reached into the bag and pulled out cold and hardfries. They couldn't be chewed with human teeth! The Big Macs were cold too. It's very difficult to get back to therestaurant if you are west of it. So, I tried calling the restaurant twice using the number on the receipt. The phone rangeach time for several minutes with no answer. I let it ring off the hook. I've had issues with this location in the past butstill occasionally give in a try. In the future, the trip to Burkhardt will be worth the extra time for a meal that is edible. For shame!!! *I wish I could have chosen NO stars. Read more
I've never once had an issue here with my food. It's always been fresh and right. However, management needs improvement because... I asked one a question one day and was just told 'I don't know'. Luckily the lady at the front counter was nice enough to helpme. Read more
The cashier that was taking care of us was very sweet and was new. However when she needed to ask the manager a question the... manager shoved her out of the way and took over the cash register and started telling my friend what she wanted instead ofletting her talk. She did the same thing when it was my turn to order. My friend was very upset on how the young cashier wastreated. I had not been to McDonald's in 10+ years and I don't think I will be returning. Went to the restaurant at approximately 11:00 a.m and ordered nuggets and fries. They were not fresh at all. Returned to the... restaurant for fresh food and still received food that wasn?t fresh. I?m not sure if the grease was old or what but lunch juststarted at 10:30 why isn?t the food fresh? Why were the nuggets hard as a rock? Read more
I don't think we've ever gone to this McDonald's and left with the correct order. I've never not gotten onions on my sandwiches... although I go out of my way to overly express I do not want onions anywhere in my order. I always have to ask for saucesbecause they have never once put them in the bag when they hand it out the window. In addition to the ice cream machine beingbasically non existent, apparently the machines that make the Fanta freezes are never working either. Read more
