Good service, friendly and quick. The rest was clean and looked nice.
Even if you feel like this Panera is more convenient definitely just go to the one on burkhardt. Quality lacks often. I got a... strawberry poppyseed salad there today and half the lettuce was brown and they gave me a single ramekin of dressing filled 1/4of the way. For the whole salad. I asked about the ingredients of sandwhich due to allergies, which I explained. The girl said yeah, it's just regular yellow... mustard. I bought it, got home, took a bite and thankfully I tasted it. Spit it out, rinsed my mouth and still experiencedsome swelling. I called and explained to manager. I was told someone would call. Noone has and they hang up if I call,if inperson, the mgr isn't there. I wasn't asking for a refund, just an awareness they could and did hurt someone. I was justasking that they make their employees aware that allergies are serious and to take it seriously when people ask. They areavoiding me. I. Hope this helps someone not suffer the fate I did. I visited Panera Bread at Gateway Hospital, first visit. The staff at register was very rude and no customer service skills.

I still love this place, hence, the 4 stars. I go there and write , drink coffee, and eat lunch. Most the time what I order is... fresh and delicious, but I ordered a new sandwich they have, Teriyaki Chicken. How is oatmeal not on the fall menu, according to Newburgh staff, today. This location is in a hospital. Oatmeal is heart... healthy. The A team wasn't working this AM. Out of menu items at 9:30 AM, including Dark Roast coffee nor did they replenish itin the half our of our visit. This is not the usual high standards Panera is known for.
