The worse papa John in America. Ordered online with the app. Said estimate time 27 minutes. Said on the way with track your... pizza. Took almost 3 hours. Pizza was ice cold. Store didn?t care and did nothing about it. Waste of money. Will never order apizza from this location. 3rd time trying delivery and all 3 times I?ve waited over 2.5 hours. Read more

I ordered garlic knots (x2) with a 20oz Diet Pepsi. The knots were delivered, but without a drink. I did tip beforehand! Also,... in the delivery instructions, I stated not to knock. That means? don?t knock, right? Well, tharI have noisy dogs, and they areobnoxious when people knock. My directions were overlooked as well as my order. I didn?t receive an apology either. I was metwith an ?I don?t give a damn? attitude by some punk high school kids who are too worried about TikTok or whatever than gettingconsumers what they ordered. They thought it was funny. It?s unacceptable!!!!!! I had to waste gas and drive down there with mycold knots after waiting for my drink to be delivered. Terrible management. Came to pick up my order and waited over an hour. While I was there they would answer the phone and leave... people on hold for extended amounts of time and then get upset at the customer they left on hold for 15-20min. I know they can't help it if people don't show up but atleast b honest with how long it will take. Was told it would b 20 to 30... minutes. When I finally get to the window it has been 45 minutes and they tell me it will be another 20 minutes! My familyloves their pizza but I will not b back. We have ordered from this Papa John's twice in April and ONCE AGAIN the requested cut was incorrect. One pizza was cut square as... requested, one was not. Additionally, the chicken nuggets we received were about twice as many as we ordered. They have LOST USAS PAPA JOHN"S CUSTOMERS. They are way more expensive than Pizza Hut or Dominos and simply cannot get our orders right. And itseems so simple......... Read more
They've messed up my order several times in the last few months, offered no compensation, can't seem to cut a pizza, use Xtra... sauce , or cook well done. Help is rude and Cockeysville. They just don't seem to care like they used to. Still good pizza, butur rolling the dice. Read more
