Watched shannon I believe was her name pocket 5 dollars twice while using the register and sent me with a delievery where the... customer had called to cancel an hour prior because the food had sat at the store for over an hour. I won't pick up deliveryfrom this location anymore. Read more

(9 months ago)Ordered delivery for a thin pepperoni, hand tossed cheese, and pan pepperoni... I got 3 hand tossed pepperoni. I... tried to call the store several times, no answer. When I called for a "new order" so I could actually speak to someone I wassent to a call center that cant do anything about wrong orders. They transferred me to the store and again no answer... I wanta refund but can't get ahold of the store. (Today) not even a reply from management... haven't been back since. We go to Marco'sPizza now. Read more

Pizza wasn't good. Crust was undercooked. We ordered the Big Box. Wings were terrible. Very doughy. Bread sticks weren't good... either. I paid a tip for them to bring it out to my car, driver's side. I waited about 7 minutes and they never came out. And Iwas right in front of the door. So I went in and waited at the counter for at least 2 minutes. He finally came over and I toldhim my name. He took it out of the warmer and put it on the counter. No thank you or any customer service. I almost ask for mytip back since I had to go get it. No, not at all impressed with Pizza hut at this time. We live in Newburgh Indiana Read more

My last visit, no one greeted me, my pizza took an extra 20 minutes from pick up time, and no sorry/communication at all. 5... people working (not short staffed/busy). Had to flag someone down for pickup. Than heard them say we messed that pizza upwhile the wings were done in the warmer already. Maybe a greeting, sorry, or explanation would have been great. Manager wastraining another manager for a different location from my ear hustling lol. I don?t care about a mistake, but being the onlyperson in the store maybe everyone else thought I had been waited on. I had to flag someone down to ask how much longer itwould be. Reply: pizza is coming out now. Than she walked away when it was out of the oven/ end of the conveyor and came backlater to box it. Never an issue here before. Read more

After waiting for 1 hour for my delivery I tried to call the local number for a status update - no one answered the phone. I... tried 7 different times. I called again and selected new order and spoke to a person who told me my order was late and wasprobably on the way. She told me she would check with the local store and then she hung up on me after 8 minutes of waitingwithout coming back on the phone. After 2 hours I drove to pick up my delivery. Upon arriving at the store, I met the driverwho said she was waiting for a 3rd order before delivering my order. The manager offered to take off the delivery charge (aridiculously insufficient offer since I had to drive to pick up my own order). I finally got my order and found that it hadbeen waiting for at least a 1/2 hour and probably longer than an hour because the food was cold and stale. I had to give thefood back and had to ask for a refund - staff did not offer to resolve the poor service. Read more

Get the order right and ensure a person actually receives the order. Have the actual store in our area responsible to answer... calls, not outsourced overseas. We received the completely wrong pizza; ordered a pan pizza pineapple and sausage pizza on11/12/21 and received some variation of a chicken, bacon, tomato and white sauce (ranch) pizza. We never heard a door bell ringnor a door knock when delivery was made, so both of our pizzas and boneless wings were cold when I went to check the door. Whenmy wife tried to call the store to remedy the incorrect order, the man who answered had no connection to our local store. Whenwe called back and tried to connect with the local store, we would get disconnected each time. Extremely disappointing. Read more
