The restaurant was busy, but the staff was on top of it. They were all very polite, and the food was great. I was seated,... ordered my drink, and was given chips and salsa very quickly. Ordered a large lunch order for 14 people. Riviera Grill made it SO EASY. I was able to order it online the day before, when I... went to pick it up drinks and food were labeled with names. It was ready when I got there, and still hot when we brought it backto work. And the food was delicious. Will definitely order from them again! Read more
Maria is a terribly hateful person. I accidentally spilled some cheese sauce today on the way to pay my bill. I told her I... didn't mean to do that after she had given me an absolutely hateful look! She acted hateful to me several years ago when we hada question from an error in a bill. She has acted strange and hateful since then, even though we have eaten at the Riviera forseveral years, several times, at least once a week for many years. Today was the last straw. I told her I didn't mean to spillthe small amount if cheese sauce and I let a woman know so she could wipe it up immediately. I was shocked at her response andattitude and so was the friend I was with. I said then, "Ya know, years ago you were hateful to me, and on e again you are doingthe same thing. I will never be back here again. She told me that it was my money and my choice and to get out. As I was leavingand outside the establishment, she made sure to stock get head out the door as I was walking to my car to tell me to get out??Stranfe and hateful. Unbelievable. Second time eating here. I really enjoy the food. Everyone is nice and friendly. You get a lot of food. Cameron playa and Maria... combination are so good. Tonight had fajitas steak, shrimp and chicken. Along with the salad, quac and beans rice. It is verygood. Will go back!! Read more

I ordered the Flaunts Mecicanas ground beef. When I got home, one was ground beef, one was shredded beef. They both were over... cooked to the point that they were busted open. I called to complain, and she offered me a replacement, but I was already athome. I didn't want to drive back. Also I was worried that after complaining, someone might spit in the replacement. I will notplace another order on line for the same reason. I hate this because the food is good when it is correct. It wasn't a mistakebecause they were very busy, there was no one else in the restraunt. I may go back because the food is good, but it won't beanytime soon. Read more
