I ordered food on a Sunday night with my daughter. When she went to pick it up-they had one of the 8 items we ordered correct... and had two items we hadn?t ordered. Ten out of ten is a phrase I get to use infrequently without sarcasm. The atmosphere was amazing, and I don?t mean the sports... theming or the decoration. I?m talking the staff, the manager, and the way we saw customers interact. I got to see a manager askhow his employees were doing, tell one of his employees to be safe when he went to go get food on his lunch, and had a wonderfulconversation with the manager on our way out. Online ordering was easy with only a 20-minute wait before the food was ready. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I was promptly... greeted and helped. She brought my carry out order to the front on a tray (like what waitresses use to bring orders to thetable). I was confused at first, but then she started going down the receipt item by item and bagging each thing afterconfirming it was there and prepared correctly. I've never experienced anything like it but I'm a HUGE fan. It was AWESOMElooking at it all with an employee while still in the restaurant and not having to sit in the car and dig through bags to makesure all was well. Two minor things... We should have had two sides of blue cheese and two sides of ranch. We only received theblue cheese. It's partially my fault for not realizing it, but we had ranch at home, so no biggie. I'd recommend putting friesin their own to go container. Having hot food on top of hot fries in an enclosed container made the fries slightly soggy by thetime we got home. Experience was awful. Waited forever received the wrong food. Everyone at the table got food at different times. Drinks were not... refilled. Then was only offered a 10% discount...Not acceptable my food was not even what I ordered. The only thing pleasantabout this experience was the brand new bartender he was a gem. Read more
The food is great, most of the time. The front is always a disaster and everyone appears flustered even if there are only a few... diners actually eating in restaurant. I have ordered take out several times and it's the same experience everytime. The food isgood some nights and not so great on others. I would say try it but prepare for delays on your take out order. Good atmosphere and tasty food. The menu has a wide selection to choose from and is reasonably priced. The staff checked on the... table often and food came out quickly. The chili tasted great and the 80s music vibes were on point. Read more
The traditional wings are great. Cooked without breading and have plenty of sauce. No one likes a dry wing! Salads are good also... just not very large. Best time to go is Monday so that you can mix and match several different wing sauces. Read more
When we walked we were told we could seat ourselves in the bar area. We sat for several minutes without our server being told we... were there or getting menus. Another server came and asked the hostesses if they knew we were sitting with no menus to which shereplied ?well yeah?. Both of our drinks were watered down so we asked for replacements (took almost five minutes to bring uswaters). Our food came out fast but our wings were cold. By the time we were ready to leave it was getting busy and overcrowded.There was another customer walking around trying to see who was almost done with their food so she could get their table. Theserver left with my debit card and took almost ten minutes to come back, she took several orders in that time. The hostess cameby while we were waiting for our check to ask if we were almost done.
