Oh my God and yes all of this I must say oh my God Baskin-Robbins Dunkin' donuts Broadway Newburgh New York 12550 squad working... the 6 to 7:30 shift on Thursday August 19th 2021 they did a good job taking down my order they only got one mistake which wastoasting the bagel it is uncommon for someone to not want the bagel toasted I guess but that is understandable butunderstandable mess up I'm only giving five stars still because of how greatly they handled the situation within the store howeasily it was to speak and be understood and how easy it was to know that they wanted to do their best to get my order rightthank you keep doing your best. I went inside this store to get an iced coffee. I waited in line for 15 min and no one took my order, there was only one other... costumer in front of me. Once the customer in front of me received their order it took 10 minutes for someone to come when Iasked if someone could help me and told me to keep waiting because they were busy. They are always out of every kind of I've cream. The service is good and the people are very nice it's just hard being at the... drive through with a few small kids and they don't have any flavor they're asking for. Read more
Didn't get ice cream, it's actually inside Dunkin donuts so don't look for a stand alone baskin Robbins. They have already made... ice cream cakes there as well as bedding able to get a bowl or cone. Read more
I've been in multiple DD in different states, they're pretty much the same, what I'd like to brag about this one is the kindness... of the young man that attended our order, that to me is what it makes the difference. Good icecream and delicious iced coffee. Read more
